2bd/2ba built in the early 30s.
o In today’s market how much does
a move-in-condition (ARV) deal
of this size/type go for?
o how much sales activity is going
on in this area?
o how do you buy properties on LI?
Specifically, how do you protect
yourself against the seller going
behind your back after they have
accepted your offer… BEFORE
you sign a purchase contract?
Note: this is the period when
you’re doing your due diligence…
