There are many churches, temples and pastors that are trying to help people who cannot afford mortgage payments. You can contact them and let them know that you can help.

11) Local Pawn Shops and Bailbonds

Sometimes, people take the titles of their properties to the pawn shops to exchange for money. When they cannot pay back, the pawn shops take the titles of the properties. The pawn shops may want to unload them.

The big bailbonds in town may also have titles or deeds of properties. When people cannot afford to pay them and need their help, they sometimes give the titles or deeds of the properties that they have instead. You can contact them to find out if they have any titles and if they want to sell them.

There is still the conventional door knocking way to advertise your business. You can start by searching public records for foreclosure people, probate people, bankruptcy cases with stuff to sell, people undergoing divorce and have to sell assets. Then you can go door knocking with a purpose.
